Supergrass return home from US
SUPERGRASS have returned home from their US tour due to family illness.
The group have been on the road supporting Radiohead on their current US dates, and were due to play two nights at the Madision Square Garden this week (October 9-10).
Last night Radiohead singer Thom Yorke announced from the stage that Supergrass would not be able to play the dates. A spokesperson for the band told NME.COM they are coming back to the UK due to illness in one of the band member’s family.
Radiohead end their massive North American tour over the next week. They will then take a short break before embarking on another tour of Europe, which includes UK dates at the end of the year.
