The Gaz Coombes Project
Supergrass have run into trouble with the video for their new single 'Mary', out through Parlophone on November 22 - it's just too scary!
The video, a homage to classic horror films, is not being shown on terrestial television before 9pm because of a selection of gruesome scenes, such as The Exorcist-inspired projectile vomiting and blood pouring down walls.
Lead singer Gaz Coombes said: "This was one of our best videos... we spent lots of time and money making it!"
As a result, the band are going to put the promo film up on their website - www.supergrass.com - so all their fans can have a chance to see it.
The single is backed with 'Pumping On Your Stereo', 'Richard III', 'Sun Hits The Sky' and 'Strange Ones' recorded at John Peel's house, Peel Acres, in September this year.
