"As far as The Beatles go, I'd say I'm very much in the Lennon camp. In the '70s there were a lot of hit-and-miss songs from Lennon, but what came out was a real sense of honesty. I particularly love How Do You Sleep?, Whatever Gets You Thru The Night and I'm Losing You. There's a real sadness to his death, even after all these years, because he could have achieved so much more. Not just musically, but politically as well."
